Appointments may be scheduled online, by text at 347-727-4480, or by phone at 303-577- 9977. Our front desk is available Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, and Saturday, 9:00am– 3:00pm. Appointments are offered 7 days a week
During your first visit, our providers take time to get to know you and understand your health goals. You’ll review your health history and complete intake forms together, so please plan to arrive 20–30 minutes early to allow enough time for paperwork. If you have specific questions about insurance coverage or pricing, we recommend calling our front desk ahead of your appointment so we can best assist you.
Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows you to relax and move easily during your visit.
We have a 24-hour scheduling policy. A fifty percent charge of the original service price will be applied to your account if less than 24 hours' notice is given. For "no-shows" or those with less than 2 hours' notice, 100% of the original service charge will be applied to your account.
